We are the Hooley family, born and raised right here in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Growing up on the farm and spending years running the pony rides at the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, we learned early on that animals have a way of bringing people together like nothing else. With 19 years teaching at the elementary level and spending a lifetime in the barn with horses that belief hasn't changed a bit. When the zoo pony rides came to an end, we couldn't imagine closing the gate on what we'd built — so instead, we opened ours. In 2021, Hooley Farms officially welcomed the community onto our property for summer camps, events, weddings, and fresh-cut flowers straight from our fields. What started as strictly horses has grown into something we honestly couldn't have planned — Highland Cows, donkeys, Nigerian Dwarf Goats, and a farm full of life that keeps us on our toes every single day. We feel so grateful to share this place and these animals with the people of our community, and we can't wait to make memories with you here.
